ACE DRIVER TRAINING

Ace Driver Training is a professional driving school located in Cairns and was established by Henry Greenhill.  Henry began teaching his children to drive, and was soon inundated with requests from parents of his children's friends.  Seeing an opportunity to provide top-standard driving instruction, Henry decided to return to driver training and created Ace Driver Training.

Driving Instructor -  Henry Greenhill

Henry Greenhill has extensive experience in driver training having previously been a successful driving instructor with Ace Driving School in Brisbane. Prior to this, Henry had been a certified Specially Approved Driver while employed in the defence forces.  One highlight included driving a VW Kombi van around a US Naval base in Hawaii as part of his duties.

Henry later qualified as a teacher at University of Queensland and went on to work in education and tourism.  In his teaching he has taught a mix of children, teenagers and adults in schools & colleges in Australia, the UK and Japan.  In tourism, he has driven buses in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Cairns.  During this time, he also underwent further training, including defensive driver training programmes.

Henry decided to teach his own children to learn how to drive and gain their driver’s licence. He wanted them to obtain the best quality in driver education and enjoy a lifetime of safe driving.  At this time, Henry was swamped with many requests from parents of his children's friends for driving lessons.

Henry then established "Ace Driver Training", and now provides top-level driving instruction using Toyota Corolla hatches.  He has assisted many people, younger and older, and from many backgrounds, to get their drivers licence in Brisbane and Cairns.

Henry is very enthusiastic about training young people to drive safely, and is also the main contributor of Cairns Driving School Blog.  He is also fluent in Japanese.
